Three bedrooms sleep 5: a ground-floor single with oak sliding barn door, a first-floor double (4ft 6in) with en-suite and a twin room with en-suite. Both upstairs rooms have varnished wooden floors.

Chatsworth House is 10 minutes away. Bolsover Castle, Haddon Hall and Hardwick Hall are all within 30 minutes.

Chesterfield town centre is 3 miles away.

This unique attraction combines an array of activities.  If you have a look on their website there are some good video clips which give an even better idea of what this attraction is all about.  Some of the highlights include the Cable Car system which is actually Britain's first alpine style cable car system.  You are transported from the valley floor right up above where you can enjoy superb Dewent Valley Views.  You can also stroll around 60 acres of wooded hillside on foot to see an array of birds and wildlife.
Gulliver's Kingdome - WA5 9YZ

The site is rather unique and features a huge array of rides including log flumes, roller coasters and pirate ships. Crazy Crocodiles Indoor Play & Party Centre - LL30 1DR

This is an all weather attraction located in Ilkeston Derbyshire.  With a large play frame as well as bikes and ride on toys this is a fun place for young children.  The toddler time sessions take place during term times on week days from 9.30am until 2.30pm and are very popular. The admission fee is excellent value for money and parents can sit down and enjoy a drink while the children play. A new baby changing facility has now been installed together with some new chairs making this a clean and welcoming attraction for families.  Look out for offers on their website such as a free hot drink on select days.
