Matlock Bath is 3 miles and has a huge selection of cafes, shops and pubs to enjoy and is also the starting point for the cable car that takes you to the Heights of Abraham. The old mill town of Matlock has a superb range of craft shops, independent stores and bars, whilst Chatsworth Estate is just 10 miles away.

When you head upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a twin upon request), with a handy en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. You will also find a king-size bedroom with beautiful rural views and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.

Outside, there is an enclosed patio with a hot tub perfectly placed to sink into and admire the rolling countryside views. There is outdoor dining furniture for a spot of al fresco dining during the warmer months.
