We stayed here for three nights with friends and honestly, it was brilliant! The cottage had everything we needed, from a roomy kitchen and dining space to lovely decor in the bedrooms. The bathroom was well stockedand the owners left some bread, butter, milkand jams which was a lovely touch. Perfect spot near Bakewell, we'd definitely recommend it!

The place was lovely, quite cosy really. Parking in Bakewell overnight was a nightmare though - only one spot at the property. We enjoyed some nice walks and the park nearby. The Castle Inn served the best food we found out!

Beds are super comfy, which was great after long days exploring. The location is perfect-just a short walk to shops, pubsand eateries. The site is rather unique and features a huge array of rides including log flumes, roller coasters and pirate ships. This is an all weather attraction located in Ilkeston Derbyshire. With a large play frame as well as bikes and ride on toys this is a fun place for young children. The toddler time sessions take place during term times on week days from 9.30am until 2.30pm and are very popular. The admission fee is excellent value for money and parents can sit down and enjoy a drink while the children play. A new baby changing facility has now been installed together with some new chairs making this a clean and welcoming attraction for families.
