Be sure to visit wonderful Bourton-on-the-Water, affectionately known as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’, with its collection of stone bridges that cross the River Windrush that gently flows though the village.

The charming village has an abundance of tearooms and cafes, and plenty of attractions for all ages. Enjoy a trip to Birdland, home to penguins, flamingos and parrots, or stop by the Bourton Model Village to see the 1/9th replica of the village, giving guests a unique perspective of the architecture and layout of the village.

The holiday cottage provides an ideal location for guests looking to explore the wider Cotswolds. After a full day exploring the area, make your way back to your rural retreat to relax and plan the next day’s activities.
