The Walnut Barn

The area is crisscrossed with well-marked walking routes, making it easy to set off straight from the door and roam the rolling hills and woodland. Only a mile away you will find Puzzlewood, an enchanting 14-acre ancient woodland; this rare temperate rainforest is a popular filming location for TV shows and Hollywood movies.

The wider region of the Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley is rich in history and dotted with charming towns and villages to discover, including Ross-on-Wye, Monmouth, and Tintern (all within 12 miles).
