It is ideal for guests wanting to enjoy the stunning countryside with delightful walking trails and a fantastic farm shop showcasing some incredible local produce, all just a few moments from the front door.

The southern Cotswolds location provides many local attractions with Berkeley Castle (6 miles), Highgrove House and Gardens (15 miles) and Painswick Rococo Gardens (22 miles), all within easy access. For those looking for a day trip, the stunning Roman town of Bath is just 23 miles away, and the bustling city of Bristol is only 17 miles from the property.

This property's eco credentials include an air source heat pump. It was built using traditional lime plaster and clay paints, retaining many period features.

Step inside through the covered entrance and into the hallway where you can discard coats and boots. Off the hall is the handy cloakroom which has a WC.

Head into the lovely lounge, which is equipped with comfortable seating, a wood burner and Smart TV, a perfect place to catch up on your favourite show or movie. Move back through the hallway and into the spacious kitchen which has a dining table that will seat four if you have friends or family visiting.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to be able to enjoy a self-catered break utilising the fantastic local produce from the farm shop across the road. Upstairs is a wonderful bedroom with super king size bed and an en-suite shower room.

This property has lots of great outdoor space, with a sunny patio area to the side of the property which can be accessed through sliding doors from the kitchen, ideal for a BBQ and dining alfresco. There is also a fantastic private hot tub, perfect for a soak after a busy day of exploring.

The Blue Reef Aquarium and IMAX 3D Cinema is located in Bristol and makes a great fun family day out.  The newest attraction in the region it's an experience not to be missed.  More than 7000 animals are resident in naturally themed habitats and you can enjoy wandering around looking at the 40 displays. Highlights include the giant octopus and the cute seahorses. The IMAX 3D cinema system is fantastic - you will feel like you are swimming along with the animals.

This wonderful attraction in Gloucestershire will appeal to animal lovers as you will have the chance to see the fantastic work going on and meet the rescued horses, ponies and donkeys.  This place is funded entirely through public donations and they rely on these vital funds.  Kids will love the play barn and straw den where they can run off some energy.  New for 2010 is the Aerial Runway with Jungle Climber.

A visit to the Craft Village is also recommended where there are a wide range of handcrafted gifts.
