Amazing location, with easy to follow directions on how to locate the property. Great facilities. Would highly recommend to family, friends and anyone looking to stay in the area.

The Property is a well designed smart comfy place to stay. Everything is finished off well to a high quality. The bathroom and bedroom are spacious and the shower is amazing and the King size bed is very comfy. You have everything you need in the kitchen and the lounge area is comfy with a great TV and sonos sound system with a lovely outlook through the large sliding windows. the hot tub is great and the whole outside area is a great space to sit. Parking was great, plenty of room for all the properties. We will definitely go back again.

From the moment we walked in, this property had the 'wow' factor. The pictures on the website were good but really do not show just how beautiful Overlea Coach House really is. It is very stylish, comfortable and homely. The kitchen had all the equipment needed. The bathroom was big with a nice walk in shower and this is where my only issue was! I found the shower tray very slippery and nearly took a tumble. This is the only negative. The bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of hanging room and storage places to put the cases so they weren't hanging about. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub. This was needed after a day of hiking. You can watch the sunset, the moon rise and the stars appear....just beautiful. There was also an apple tree is the garden and we used some of these to make a very nice apple sauce for a meal we made while having an evening in. To be honest....I loved it and didn't want to come home, I would have happily stayed. Also, there was great communication from the owner, and he was lovely. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be back

What a fantastic place to spend a few days relaxing, the views from the hot tub were amazing. You get a nice welcome hamper and everything you need for your stay is in the home. Shops and things to do are not to fair away, will definitely return.

TLDR Fantastic stay. Worth every penny. Well definitely be booking again! From the very start, communication with the owner was prompt, friendly, and helpful. They provided clear directions to the property and shared great recommendations for local walks and places to eat. The property itself lived up to the photos and more, beautifully finished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with highquality furnishings and modern tech. It felt instantly welcoming and homely, all set against the peaceful backdrop of the countryside. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place and lovely & clean and we did have a great couple of days but we were a little taken back at just how close the property was to the other properties, not as secluded as we thought and are used too and what the online pictures portrayed. felt a little overlooked sitting outside with other bedroom windows looking down right on us and in the hot tub, I actually hesitated getting in the first night as there was a man at bottom of property in another cottage just standing looking up

Beautiful property with great attention to detail by the owner. In a quiet and peaceful location but within easy reach of great High Peak hikes, attractions, places to eat out and supermarkets. Hot tub was fabulous. Property owner was great all relevant info provided ahead of arrival. The other little extras make this a standout property bath robes, welcome grocery pack, coffee machinecapsules, tablet in the property with local info, streaming services on TV all included. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent holiday property with good standard of decoration and furnishing , comfortable bed and a good shower . Owner was friendly and helpful . It was a good location for us with plenty to do in the area and walks from the door . We had a very quiet and relaxing stay and will book again .

An amazing place to stay, extremely well equipped. You really can tell the host has put in a lot of thought and effect into this accommodation. The host themselves was extremely helpful when needed would recommend this place to stay. What you pay for is what you get. Worth every penny.

Superb property.

We just wanted to add how much of a wonderful time at oversea coach house over the festive period. It was just what we needed to allow us to rest and recharge in our time off. Every little detail was wonderful the house had everything we needed and didnt know we needed even when we cooked Christmas dinner. We will 100 be returning sometime in the future.

We had an amazing stay as the coach house. The place is decorated lovely and is in a peaceful location allowing you to fully relax. We loved that the property had additional toilet roll, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets might seem small but really helps

Loved the property and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the Peak District. Its in a great location aswell as being well furnished. Only comment I could make would be the sofa being more comfortable but that was the least of my worries!

A very nice, modern and clean property. Equipped with all that is required and to a high standard. Will definitely book here again. The owner is on site, very nice, discreet and not at all intrusive. Happy to advise with local knowledge if required. A peaceful and restful place to stay.

Spent a fantastic weekend here, the Coach House is beautiful, everything has been thought of to make your stay perfect. There are so many walks right on your doorstep and a stroll into town for pub visits, shops etc so it's in a great location whatever you are after.

Absolutely fabulous cottage, inside done to a high spec. Immaculately clean, and lovely and warm when it's pouring outside. Lovely tranquil location. The contents page should be updated to include robes supplied, dishwasher in property. Alan was on hand to give advice or information on surrounding area. Good value for money. Definitely looking to return at some point.

We had a lovely time. The coach house was lovely and clean. It had everything you needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The living space was great and we loved waking up with a cup of tea in the morning looking out at the views. It was everything my husband and I wanted, fresh air, nice walks. The villages New Mills or Hayfield are a nice walk away down the sett trail, and pure relaxation in the evenings. Loved it we will be back.

Lovely place, very peaceful. Property very clean with beautiful furnishings, welcome pack was a lovely gesture. Well equipped with plenty of spare items at hand, at no extra cost to us. Our only suggestions to the owners are Maybe think about a tv in bedroom, we went for total R&R and would have been nice to watch tv in bed. The outside lights could do with being on a timer so they go off at midnight, for those who like to sleep in darkness. Quite a bit of light still comes through blinds. All in all fantastic place and would highly recommend

Fantastic property, with brilliant facilities and a geeat selection of kitchen utensils, pans, plates etc. . though no egg cups The property is in a lovely location which is just far enough away from the main road to be quiet, but close enough via public footpaths and bridleways to walk to birch vale, hayfield and new mills along the sett valley trail. My wife and I are looking forward to staying at overlea farm again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Overlea coach house. Good welcome basket and well equiped only thing we missed was plastic beakers as we like to have them in the bathroom for water during the night.Alan was really helpful and was on hand if we needed help with anything.the hot tub was gorgeous always hot.thankyou for a wonderful week

Absolutely incredible place to stay! As soon as we walked through the door we were blown away. Were already looking for when we can go back!!

Everything was top notch! ! As i was instructed, follow google maps to get here, i nearly went up a bridlepath using Waze!! We arrived on a hot weekend and there being no windows to open in the bedroom, we went out and purchased a fan, as there were none provided. Everything else was great

Great place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Apart from the hot tub there were lots of little extras to help make things luxurious, such as Sonos sound, Spotify, Netflix and Prime. Bed was comfy and the shower was great. Robes were supplied for use after hot tubbing. Owners were very friendly too.

Beautiful little set of holiday cottages, each private enough to not interfere with each other. Beautiful views, very remote location.
