The modern kitchen is equipped with a larder fridge, breakfast bar, and coffee machine. A utility room with a washing machine and an additional WC adds convenience.

The ground floor also includes a double bedroom and a shower room.

Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: a twin, a king-size with farmland views, and a super-king-size in a converted hayloft. The first floor also has a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail.

Outside, you can relax in the private hot tub, enjoy a meal on the patio dining area, or have a BBQ.

The garden includes a paddock for games and a games barn next door. Private parking for four cars is available.
