With easy access from outside, a downstairs en suite bedroom including level access shower, and large private enclosed grounds including a children's play area, Rhandir Hen is a perfect venue for multigenerational family get togethers.

This charming house offers off-road parking for four cars, a hot tub, woodburning stove and welcomes two well-behaved dogs, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay amidst the serene Welsh countryside. Pull up, and park the cars outside this large abode.

Conveniently enter into the utility room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, slow cooker and sink, ensuring all your needs are catered for during your stay. There is also a wet room located nearby to shower before using the hot tub and to freshen up after your outdoor adventures.

The heart of the home is the open-plan area, where you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, ready for you to prepare your favourite meals. The dining area offers seating for ten guests, making it the perfect spot for a family feast, while the sitting area, complete with a Smart TV and a toasty woodburning stove, is the ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring.

All windows of this space offer tranquil countryside and garden views. There is a ground-floor king-size ideal for those with limited mobility which benefits from its own sleek and stylish en-suite shower room.

As you head upstairs you will be greeted by a spacious hallway, boasting views from a double-heighted window. There are a further four bedrooms on offer, another king-size room with countryside views and its own en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a third king-size room offering distant sea views.

This property was amazing and provided lots of happy memories that we will remember for a lifetime! Everything in the property had been finished to a high specification. We enjoyed being open plan downstairs so that we could all be together whether relaxing or cooking in the kitchen. Having so many bathrooms made life so much easier as there were never any queues! The hot tub, play area and BBQ were very popular and the scenery was beautiful.

Amazing house with such a warm welcome from the owners. The house was immaculate with everything we could possibly need. Lots of space for people to do their own thing but plenty of sofas for us all to get together and spend time as a group. Beautiful views to enjoy from the hot tub, which is maintained daily. The owners were so helpful and welcoming, and with everything finished to such a high standard, it was a perfect break. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing week at Rhandir Hen catching up with family. The house is absolutely stunning, very clean and exceeded our expectations. The photo's online make it look beautiful but it's even better in real life. It has everything you need and more for your holiday. The rooms are very spaciousand the open plan living space was great for cooking and socialising with everyone. We were very lucky with the weather so were able to spend a lot of time outdoors as well. The garden is enclosed so it was great for the dogs who loved exploring the outdoor space. Patrick and Susan left us an amazing welcome pack full of goodies for breakfast and treats which we all enjoyed. Patrick also popped in daily to check the hot tub and gave us tips on where to visit in the local area which we found really helpful. Thanks again Patrick and Susan for an amazing week in your amazing property, we would love to return again.
