The condition of the cottage requires improving in kitchen and bathroom areas for safety and cosmetics. Kitchen tiles are very slippery and shower downstairs is grubby. The shower upstairs has a shower enclosure door which does not fit meaning water falls onto floor making it a hazard. This bathroom needs refurbishment its in poor condition. Overall lack of kitchenware. Significantly lower than everywhere we've been to date we usually go two to three times a year. No onsite shop. Disappointed that we were not notified of the water supply problems meaning we did not have water from sinks at all times. I do not feel it was value for money. Some staff showed good customer service the male member of staff that attended to the leak from the boiler. Others were not. There were no gestures to compensate for issues raised. Outdoors is well kept and quiet but the interior was a huge let down. I would not recommend this accommodation for value for money cleanliness quality overall guest satisfaction

The location and setting of the property is Breathtaking. A very picturesque setting. Staff at checkin were very warm and welcoming. The property is lovely however the Jacuzzi stopped working after our 2nd night went to use on the 3rd night and found it green and smelt mouldy we reported it and the onsite maintenance man attended and cleaned and refilled immediately. However the air source heat pump didn't heat it up, so we lost 3 days use. After we checked out we received a call advising they had gone to do the checks and found the Jacuzzi not working which they were supposed to be letting the new occupants know but the Jacuzzi had been out of action for 3 days already so not strictly true if that is what they are telling the new occupants. The lady at checkout was quite rude and when we tried to mention that we weren't happy about the loss of Jacuzzi she became defensive and just said these things happen it's not our fault. Other than this was a nice break.

Beautiful cottage in a wonderful location. The site was incredibly quiet, which was welcome. However the onsite restaurant and pub are both on very limited opening hours even in August. Had we known this in advance it would have altered the dates if our stay as the site is in the middle of nowhere. We would have bought more provisions with us. Also the village pub is no longer open. Bromford lovely town and a few mins drive is the nearest for shopping , eating out etc. Cottage is in need of a refurb particularly the bathrooms and kitchen but is well looked afterjust quite tired. Rear garden was a real treat though great for the dog. Hot tub is somewhat exposed to the main thoroughfare through the site which may be an issue for some
What a beautiful cottage in a fabulous location! We had such a lovely week. Most of the cottage & the hot tub were spotlessly clean as were the bedding & towels provided. It was brilliant to have a downstairs shower room this made toiletingshowering when using the hot tub so much easier. Our only concern was the beautiful carpet directly in from the garden a bit tricky with muddy dog paws. Also, the extract fan above the cooker could do with a good clean. All in all, an amazing place to stay & we would definitely recommend it.
