To the right, a striking media wall houses a 55-inch Smart TV, sound bar and digital electric fireplace, creating a cinematic focal point for evenings in. The open-plan living space is arranged for relaxed days together; a sofa for two is joined by a futon, giving you a choice of spots to settle with a film or favourite series.

Spotlights overhead add a warm glow as daylight fades. Along the right-hand side, a breakfast bar offers an easy perch for laid-back meals or morning coffee, flowing towards the L-shaped kitchenette at the rear, where you’ll find an electric hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, perfect for putting together simple dishes and snacks.
