Enter into the kitchen to find a well-equipped selection of appliances and utensils, along with a dining table for six, making a great spot to enjoy a home-cooked meal or pulling open a map and planning the next day’s adventure. Enjoy your down time within the cosy sitting room, where two sofas and an armchair, while in the corner there is a TV with Now TV box for plenty of on-demand streaming.
As the evening draws to a close, retire to the bedrooms upstairs, with delightful sleeping quarters across both floors. The second-floor plays host to a spacious mezzanine double bedroom with a sloped, beamed ceiling and traditional wooden flooring providing character to the room, plus a dressing table and a seating area with TV to offer a private spot away from the group.
There is also the added benefit of an en-suite shower room and views towards the surrounding fells that can also be appreciated from this level. The other two bedrooms can be found on the first floor and include a double and a twin bedded, served by a large bathroom with choice of bath and shower over.

Walkers will be in awe of exploring the area with a number of a scenic walks from the door – the more adventurous will love to tackle the Great Rigg and Helm Crag whilst those looking for a gentler route can enjoy a walk around the beautiful waters of Grasmere.
