You will find two lovely bedrooms off the hallway: a one twin bedroom to the front of the property and a double bedroom to the rear. Both bedrooms are bright and comfortable.

A modern family bathroom is nearby.A neutral decor has been used throughout the property, embellished with contemporary furniture and soft furnishings. There are fell views from most windows.

Walk into Keswick to browse the specialist shops and to have a bite to eat, then visit the renowned Pencil Museum, home of the first pencil. Enjoy a lake cruise on beautiful Derwentwater and visit the twice weekly market in Keswick.

For more challenging adventures walk up to lovely Catbells or Latrigg, Keswick’s own fell. You will have a choice of many more excellent walking trails from your doorstep.
