Alternatively dine alfresco in the grassy, enclosed garden looking over the neighbouring field, before sinking into the hot tub beneath the pergola to unwind before bed.
When night falls, snuggle under the covers of the super-king-size bedroom, which has a second Smart TV for watching films in bed. A contemporary tiled shower room completes the interior and the property benefits from private parking for two cars.

The market town of Kirkby Lonsdale (4 miles) boasts a wealth of independent shops and restaurants in its atmospheric streets. It’s also home to two famous viewpoints: Ruskin’s View and the Devil’s Bridge.
This is an amazing Cumbria attraction well known locally as well as nationally for how close you can get to the animals. Described as the most interactive animal park in Europe it's well worth a visit if you are staying in the area. Open from April to end October some of the highlights are the tigers, penguins, bears, hippos and rhinos. At 2pm during certain seasons it's feeding time so don't forget to plan your day around this so you can watch the animals enjoying their feed. Look out for seasonal events such as Halloween Zoo Boo (free entry for kids in fancy dress) and The Magic of Christmas.
