Welcome Hjem Log Cabin is a detached, Finnish log cabin settled on the Felmoor Park in the heart of the Northumberland countryside. Boasting a decked veranda with hot tub and furniture, plus a spacious interior, Log Cabin is a wonderful escape for a family of six and two dogs, providing a heart-warming base in Northumberland.

The open-plan living space is the social hub of the home; gather on the sofas and chat about the day’s activities or move into the kitchen and start preparing a hearty dish, assisted by a range of appliances. In the middle of the room stands the dining table where you can toast to a rugged escape over a home-cooked dish.

As the evening draws to a close, catch your rest within one of the well-presented bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Escape to the veranda and relax on the furniture whilst you appreciate the countryside views or take a dip in the hot tub and soothe your aching muscles.

On-site there is a bar/restaurant where you can enjoy a night off cooking, whilst the nearby village of Felton boasts a popular Artisan bakery and highly recommended Restaurant and Pub. For days out, head to the historic market town of Morpeth and browse a range of independent shops, whilst the market town of Alnwick can’t be missed, home to the striking Alnwick Castle which was used at the filming location for Harry Potter and Downton Abbey, along with the beautiful Alnwick Garden boasting over 4000 different plants and the largest collection of Japanese Taihaku cherry blossoms in the world.
