We enjoyed lighting the log fire, which made the place super cosy. The location is fantastic - plenty to see, great pubsand lovely country walks with our dog. Stewart, the owner, is genuinely friendly and helpful, making everything easy. The train trip from Settle to Carlisle was a great day out. Highly recommend!

Being so close to the stunning Yorkshire Dales meant endless walks and fresh air. After a long day exploring, unwinding in the hot tub was just what we needed. Overall, we'd definitely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

For rest and relaxation the cafe is ideal serving hot drinks and snacks with a lovely view over the pond and wildlife feeding station. You can wander around at leisure admiring the exhibits which range from chameleons to computers. Some of the most threatened species are kept at the park as part if international breeding programmes.
