Farmstead Cottage At Bland Close Farm Reviews

Emily
We had a lovely stay at Farmstead Cottage! The place is clearly well looked after and thoughtfully set up, making it the best cottage we've experienced so far. The little touches, like the welcome pack for us and our dog, were really appreciated. Its location is perfect for exploring Ripon, Harrogate, Knaresborough, Leyburnand Masham. We also enjoyed trips to Aysgarth Falls (which looked stunning in the rain), Fountains Abbey, Rievaulxand finished off at Brimham Rocks. Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely stay! The cottage was stunning - spotless, well-keptand in a perfect spot. Everything was thought of, from the decor to the little touches. It’s only about 10 minutes from Riponand there’s loads nearby to explore. Dannie gave us a great farm tour, which was really interestingand the animals were adorable. You can tell Ruth and her family genuinely put a lot of love into this place. Thanks a million for a fantastic break!

We absolutely loved staying at this barn conversion. The setting is stunning, perfect for some peace and quiet. Watching sunsets from the hot tub was a real highlight! It’s quite rural, but all the local amenities are just a short drive away. There are plenty of lovely walks, plus some interesting historic sites nearby. The place is dog-friendly too, with a paddock for them to run around. Hosts are friendly but respectful of privacy. Ruth’s tips for places to visit were spot onand Dannie’s farm tour was fantastic - really loved the animals!
