Hazel Brow House is a charming retreat situated in the scenic village of Low Row, North Yorkshire, within the stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park. Boasting breathtaking countryside views and ample off-road parking for eight cars, this rural retreat welcomes two well-behaved pets, making it an ideal getaway for families or groups of friends seeking tranquillity.
Venture inside this delightful abode to discover a wealth of space spread over three floors. The ground floor hosts a well-equipped kitchen/diner, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals, and two handy utility rooms, one housing a freezer and a second fridge and the other equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, second dishwasher and an ice making machine for your convenience.
Enjoy your culinary creations in the grand dining room, comfortably seating 14 people, and warmed by a crackling open-fire. After dinner, retire to one of the two sitting rooms, each boasting a Smart TV and another open-fire, providing a warm atmosphere for those chillier evenings.
A cloakroom with a basin and WC and a wet room with shower completes the ground-floor layout. The first-floor is home to five well-presented bedrooms: two double rooms, two twin rooms (one featuring ensuite shower, WC and handbasin), and a family room with three single beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for your group.
A bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower and another bathroom with a bath and handheld shower provide ample space for everyone to prepare for their day. The second-floor reveals a further three bedrooms: two twins (one with ensuite shower, WC and handbasin), and a single room.
A shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC is also available on this floor. Outside, the enclosed garden offers a tranquil space to relax, with a lush lawn and a patio area complete with furniture, perfect for enjoying a spot of alfresco dining or simply soaking up the calm surroundings.
