Set over three floors, this luxury property has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with all the mod cons you would need to make your holiday comfortable and relaxing. The bright entrance hall has a hat stand for your coats, and a stool to sit and remove your shoes before storing them in the shoe cupboard.

There’s also a cloakroom with a WC before you get to the open-plan living area. This downstairs space is great for getting together, cooking up a storm then discussing plans for the next day around the table.

The lounge area has two four-seater sofas, a padded footstool, a Smart TV and patio doors to the rear garden. The dining area has a large wooden table with eight matching chairs, and the kitchen has all the necessary mod-cons as well as a handy Tassimo coffee machine.

Head up to the first floor and find the first two bedrooms. These comprise an en-suite king-size with a Smart TV and patio doors to the balcony with a bistro table and two chairs, and a zip-and-link super-king-size (which can be a twin upon request) with a Smart TV and an easy chair.

This second room has the use of a bathroom with a shower over a bath. Up to the second floor and you’ll find the final two bedrooms.

Both are zip-and-link king-size rooms (which can be twins upon request) with Smart TVs, and views of Whitby Abbey and the sea, and the moors respectively. Full Sky Cinema, Sky Sports and BT Sport packages are available on all TVs.
