Silverdale View

Absolutely cant fault Silverdale View, the flowers Prosecco, milk and tea & coffee on arrival were a lovely touch, cleaning materials for washing your dishes are also provided and the hot tub was a hit with us all. The area was peaceful and just want we needed to switch off.

The property was as advertised, it didn't disappoint. There were lovely welcome features, flowers, prosecco and milk, sweets and dog treats! Everything was there that was needed. The hot tub was fab after lovely days out exploring. The area is great for getting to the seaside only a 25 min drive to Scarborough. The setting was so peaceful and quiet a great place to unwind. There was a selection of books, I enjoyed reading karma by Boy George, which was one of the hosts books. The hot tub was checked and maintained. There were a few ants, coming in, to be fair this was being addressed by the host and mostly not a problem. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone wanting a quiet relaxing holiday with the option of going to the east coast.

We used this as a base for doing the Yorkshire wolds way. It had everything we needed especially the hot tub to relax after a days walking. The site is very quiet which suited us fine. Everything we needed was there and it was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Brilliant caravan the hot tub was fab and the hosts take care to make sure you have everything you need going above and beyond. There is a book, recommending places to go and nices places to eat which was very helpful, lovely quiet break away. We would recommend and hope to return.

Great location for scarborough, Whitby and other seaside places, site is quiet, well maintained. Silverdale View was clean and comfy, bonus having 2 showers, love the hot tub, nice touches to welcome having a dog with us. Highly recommend and hope to be back for another holiday x

We had a lovely stay here! It was spotlessly clean, lovely and modern and is in a great location to go to Scarborough, Whitby and Bridlington. The hot tub is greatwe all loved it in there! Thank you for the lovely flowers, prosecco and milk in the fridge those personal touches are what make the difference and stands out! We would definitely return here and I would recommend to anyone looking at staying here.

Throughly enjoyable stay at Silverdale. The lodge is 1010 clean and the additional touches were much appreciated.

Arrived to prosecco and flowers which is a nice touch. Clean, Modern caravan. Comfy bed. Massive master bedroom. Two shower rooms. Kitchen has everything you require. Hot tub kept clean and hot on arrival. Peaceful setting. Everything you need for a base to sight see as not too much of a drive to attractions. Would be nice to have a tv in kids room but we brought our own. Owner very courteous keeping in touch.

Our first holiday in this type of accommodation and it was excellent. Clean, well equipped, easy to find and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Everyone was friendly and the bar was good for a game of pool and a drink. It is ideally located for York, Scarborough, Whitby, Flamingoland and other places. Highly recommended. We would definitely look at coming again.

We had a lovely, relaxing week in Silverdale View. Clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Comfy bed and furniture. Hot tub was a bonus. Friendly and helpful owners. Lovely welcome gifts. Would recommend!

Great long weekend stay. Lodge was clean and comfortable and we all enjoyed the hot tub after long walks out at Filey, Hole of Horcum and Dalby Forest. Nice quiet park and dogs loved their holiday. Spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Kitchen equipmement excellent. Upon entering the property we were greeted with lovely flowers and a bottle if prosecco, lovely touch to the start of our holiday. Information booklet very good with places to visit and eat, and local dog walks. Loved relaxing in the hot tub after being out on walks. Would definitely recommend Silverdale View to family and friends. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great stay. Good park, really nice and quiet. Ideal location, we visited lots of beaches and local attractions close by. The caravan itself was nicely equipped with everything you need. Clean and tidy with a nice touch of fresh flowers, sweets, milk, and fizz! We had an issue with power, but we called and we were helped within minutes which was great. We have a dog but didn't bring him, maybe next time we would look at a lodge that is not dog friendly, as there was lots of dog hairs appearing here and there, but we get that, as our dog likes to leave his hair everywhere and it wasn't a huge issue. Would be a good place for dog walks. Our family had a great time staying here. There is a play park on site and we took a quick look, could do with a freshen up. We never visited the bar so can't comment. Overall nice few days away in rainy and sunny Yorkshire.
