The elevated sitting room creates a true cinema-style experience, complete with a 70” Smart TV with full Sky package, Apple TV, immersive surround sound, remote-controlled mood lighting and under-floor heating, while a baby grand piano adds a sophisticated focal point. From this room, sliding patio doors lead onto a large outdoor terrace.

The spacious kitchen and dining area is designed for entertaining. An electric range cooker makes catering for larger groups effortless, while the Zip Tap provides instant boiling and chilled filtered water.
