Old Distillery Lodge

Old Distillery Lodge is a stylish, three-storey retreat situated in the heart of Kingussie, Highland. Built in 2007, this spacious home offers off-road parking for six cars and welcomes two well-behaved dogs, making it an ideal haven for families or friends seeking a memorable escape amidst stunning Scottish landscapes.

Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a spacious kitchen, fully equipped to cater to your culinary needs throughout your stay. The utility room houses a washing machine, and there is a separate fridge/freezer in the garage, making it perfect for longer stays.

The dining room, with seating for up to 20 people, is ideal for hosting memorable meals with your loved ones. After dinner, retire to one of the two sitting rooms; both boast a large TV for movie nights and board games aplenty. For those seeking some friendly competition, the games room, complete with a pool table and table tennis, is sure to provide hours of entertainment.

On the entrance level floor, there are two en-suite super-king rooms, both with zip-link beds so they can be twins on request.  These are perfect for individuals wanting to spend their stay in comfort on the same level as the kitchen, dining room and primary sitting room. On the first floor, there are two super-king rooms (both with zip-link beds so can be twins on request) with a shared bathroom, and a family room with an en-suite, with a super-king zip-link bed and a separate single bed in an adjoining room.

On the lower-ground-floor, there is a super-king room with a spacious en-suite bathroom, featuring a large walk-in shower, dual basins, WC and separate bath.  There is also a second super-king en-suite family room, with twin beds (zip-link, so can be super-king on request). In a separate annexe, known as ‘The Dog House’, above the garage, there is a first-floor super-king ensuite bedroom, with a walk-in shower, WC and basin.
