Waters Edge is a lovely old house with plenty of space, though it could do with some sprucing up. It’s well-equipped, so we had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The hot tub was a real treat! We lucked out with fantastic weather, making beach days even better. Thanks for a great break!

We had a fantastic stay! There was plenty of space for our family of 17 across three generationsand everyone could do their own thing or gather for meals and fun. The smart TVs were a bonusand the kitchen was well-stocked, though a couple of large pans would’ve been handy. The hot tub was always readyand the kids loved it. Our two dogs settled right inand despite the rubbish weather, we all had a great time. Definitely recommend!

We had such a great stay! The house was spot on for our big family, including a wheelchair user and a mix of young and old. Plenty of space to chill together or find a quiet corner. The kitchen was super well-equipped, with even a knife sharpener, perfect for cooking for everyone with two ovens and a huge fridge for ice. The bay's safe for cold swims and the hot tub was just what we needed to warm up. Beds were comfyand the washer & dryer came in handy. Lovely place!

We booked Waters Edge for a family gathering, total of 11 adults and 3 dogs. The location is lovely, close enough to shops and tourist spotsand the hot tub was a real highlight-used it every day! The only thing we misssed was a games room, but luckily the kids swapped with us so we had fun game nights. A few beds weren’t the comfiest, but we managed. We’d definitely come back for another family get-together if the opportunity arises!

We recently stayed here with a big group - 10 adults and 7 kids for a week. The house was perfect, giving enough space so no one felt cramped but still cosy enough for us all to hang out comfortably, especially around the dining table. The kitchen was well stockedand the place was lovely and warm. The location is fantastic with stunning views. The owner was really helpful too. We loved exploring Preadmore’s Glen and Bishops Glen, just a short walk away, plus the local pool with a flume and supermarket delivery made everything easy. We had an amazing holiday!
