This place is perfect in every way! We really hope we are lucky enough to visit again. It's close to charming coastal villages and has a gorgeous view from the deck. Honestly, the comfiest bed we've ever slept in! We were so sad to leave.

This is a fantastic property! The lodge is remote enough for us to enjoy the peace and quiet but also close enough to explore Arnstruther, St Andrews and the surrounding areas. We were never more than 10 minutes from where we wanted to go. The lodge itself has everything you could ever need, is spotlessly clean and very well laid out. Everything is designed to take advantage of the absolutely stunning view. We would highly recommend a visit!
Emma
We were really impressed with how thoughtfully everything was planned out at this lodge. The layout, design, fittings and facilities were all top-notchand the view from the hot tub was just stunning! Such a great spot to kick back and relax. We're definitely going to tell our family and friends about it and can't wait to come back soon. Cheers!
Clara
We booked this lovely cottage for our honeymoonand it truly exceeded our expectations. It was exactly what we needed after a super busy week, providing the ideal base for brief explorations and chill afternoons and evenings in the hot tub. A December holiday in Scotland can be a bit of a risk, but even during the stormy nights, we felt cosy by the beautiful log burnerand the hot tub was just that perfect touch of luxury. We can't wait to return with friends. Thanks so much!
Derek
The Cormorant was a great place to stay, well located for the southern coastal area of Fife. Great beach walks all close by and the pace itself was clean and well equipped. Really liked that the garden was enclosed so our dog could safely have some space too.

Smoo Cave - IV27 4QB
about 25 Miles
Smoo Cave is a popular attraction which can be enjoyed all year round but visitors should wrap up warm during the winter months.  This spectacular limestone sea-cave in Sutherland is the largest in Britain and is simply spectacular. The cave was formed by a burn that runs down into the rear chamber, as well as erosion caused by the sea. Guests can take the path from the car park which runs right through the cave. Boat trips are available in the summer months and are an excellent way to fully appreciate the cave from all angles.
