Schiehallion House

Schiehallion House is a traditional home set in Highland Perthshire, near the town of Pitlochry, offering a comfortable base for families or groups planning a memorable break in Scotland. Arranged over three floors, this property is designed for social breaks and relaxed downtime.

The kitchen and dining space is well equipped, featuring three ovens, an induction hob, fridge/freezer, two dishwashers plus plenty of room to gather around the table. For added convenience, guests have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer which are located in the basement.

The formal dining room provides a refined setting for special occasions, while the main sitting room is a place to unwind next to a woodburning stove . Next to the stairs, there’s a separate seating area with a couple of comfortable armchairs.

The basement has a dedicated cinema room for film nights, and there is a smaller first-floor TV room that adds another option for entertainment. Five thoughtfully appointed bedrooms provide flexible accommodation.

On the first floor, two super-king-size zip/link rooms and two king-size bedrooms each benefit from their own en-suite, complete with freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. The twin bedroom on the ground floor, with an en-suite walk-in shower, is ideal for those preferring easier access.

There is a further shower room and a cloakroom at basement level for extra convenience. Outside, guests can make full use of the enclosed raised decking and patio areas, relax in the wood-fired hot tub, or enjoy the sauna and outdoor showers set within the grounds The stunning loch-side setting, with its two timber jetties, provides private, easy access to the water for refreshing swims.

There are deckchairs for those who prefer to stay out of the water and of course, fishing is also an option. Off-road parking is available, and WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included.
