National Cycle Route 7 runs through Gatehouse and the surrounding countryside, connecting cyclists along quiet, winding roads through Kirkcudbrightshire.

Kirkcudbright itself lies just 8.5 miles away, a renowned artists’ town with a fascinating connection to the area’s historic creative scene. Visit for galleries, boutique shops and more quality eateries.

Living and sleeping areas are neatly arranged within one space, decorated with rich blue tones and attractive decorative features. Step into this restful retreat via French doors, heading first into the compact yet well-equipped kitchen.

This well-thought-out area has a two-person dining table conveniently placed beside it, ideal for effortless dinners. The lounge area features a comfortable sofa positioned across from a wall-mounted Smart TV, and you can either curl up on it or sink into the cosy king-size bed to stream your favourite film or box set.

In a separate room, the en-suite bathroom is spacious and well designed, complete with a walk-in shower to enjoy after an evening in the hot tub. Immediately outside the property, a small private patio area has been furnished with modern rattan furniture and your very own hot tub.

After enjoying the privacy of this space, you can also venture to the on-site spa area, where a wood-fired sauna and cold plunge pools combine to create the ultimate wellness retreat. Private parking for one car is also available.
