This a brilliant spot for families – with beautiful beaches nearby where kids can let off steam – or for couples and friends looking to kick back in the hot tub or unwind by the crackling wood burner. The house is right next to Galdenoch Castle, a striking Scheduled Monument, and surrounded by rolling hills and scenic walking trails – the Loch Ryan Coastal Path (7 miles) is a great option.

There’s even room for your four-legged friend to join in the fun. Step through the door and into a warm, welcoming space with lovely touches throughout.

The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen/diner with wooden work tops, a six-person dining table for meals and a handy desk if work calls. This sits opposite a modern shower room with a WC.
