Flick on the Smart TV for some mood music and begin whipping up dinner. Celebratory buffets and post-dinner drinks can be held at the formal dining table in the lounge/diner, where French doors allow the sea breeze to ruminate through this social space.

The sitting room is an excellent spot to relax, watch the Smart TV or gather in front of the wood burner. When day gives way to night, retire to one of four well-appointed bedrooms.

These include a master king-size with a free-standing bath in the room and three twin bedrooms. All bedrooms boast en-suite shower rooms, except for one of the twins, which makes use of the family bathroom.

At sunrise, savour your morning brew out on the balcony's seating area and get stuck into your book while reclining on one of the enclosed patios. Watch the children and dogs run off steam before gathering for an al fresco meal in the sunshine.
