The quaint village of Thornhill (0.5 miles) has pubs, restaurants, and a couple of shops so you can grab a bite to eat or pick up anything for home-cooked meals. Outdoor activities are in abundance here with several walking and cycling routes accessed from the property and into the surrounding area.
