The separate dining room adds a touch of old-school charm, complete with an extra fridge for overflow essentials. After dinner, settle into the sitting room and unwind beside the open fire, or head to the second lounge to catch up on your favourite shows with the Smart TV.

For a quieter moment, the sunroom offers another relaxing spot, also with a Smart TV, ideal for a slower pace. Outside, the enclosed garden includes a patio and lawn with outdoor furniture, perfect for laid-back lunches in the open air.

There’s a small play area to keep the youngsters busy and, for the grown-ups, a bubbling hot tub for a well-earned soak beneath the stars. When it’s time to call it a night, the ground-floor super-king-size bedroom (which can be set up as a twin if needed) offers plenty of space, its own Smart TV, and a tasteful en-suite.

Upstairs, you’ll find a king-size and a double room, each with their own Smart TV, alongside a flexible twin room that can be turned into a super-king-size. Two spacious bathrooms with baths and walk-in showers help keep the morning rush at bay, while an additional shower room adds extra convenience.
