Hop in the car or on a bike to visit the nearby beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye, where cobbled streets are lined with restaurants, tearooms, boutique and antique shops. Those looking to venture slightly further afield can enjoy days out at Hastings which is packed full of things to do, enjoy a round of crazy golf, visit the Sea life Centre or take a trip up the East Hill Cliff Railway into Hastings Country Park and enjoy spectacular views along the coastline.

The front door of this bright and airy property opens into a hallway with space for dropping off coats and shoes. Walk through to the lounge /diner which offers a large corner sofa and armchair, an ideal spot to curl up in front of the wood burner on a chilly evening and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV with Netflix.

French doors flood the dining area with light and is the perfect place for evening meals with a large dining table that seats 8-10 people. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.

There are four bedrooms on the ground floor: a king size, two twins, and a single with an additional trundle bed.
