If you are looking for a family day out, Epic Life (2 miles) offers activities such as paddleboarding and kayaking or choose to spend the day at Camber Sands (14 miles), a fabulous stretch of unspoilt sandy beach. A trip to Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest (8 miles) boasts stunning trails through one of the UK’s most impressive tree collections.
