If you are looking for a family day out, Epic Life (2 miles) offers activities such as paddleboarding and kayaking or choose to spend the day at Camber Sands (14 miles), a fabulous stretch of unspoilt sandy beach. A trip to Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest (8 miles) boasts stunning trails through one of the UK’s most impressive tree collections.

After a day of exploring, you’ll find plenty of cosy pubs and great dining spots nearby, or choose to walk around the owner’s vineyard nearby. Step into this beautifully converted barn and make yourself at home.
