3 Hedgerows Reviews

The lodge was lovely spacious and comfortable we had a really chilled week Just had some issues with the hot tub , not very warm couple of times but we told the maintenance guys and they assured us they would look at it when we left The only fault was the first night we ate on the restaurant on site and we complained about the quality of the food and nothing , the waitress either didnt tell the chef owners or they simply werent bothered and for 85 pounds for a chicken burger that was pink un cooked in places which 2 of the 4 of us left on the plate Plus the childs pizza that was most definately a frozen one even an 8 yr old didnt eat it ! ! Just very disappointed with the restaurant wont ever return to the restaurant

Amazing place that had everything
Delighted with our accommodation. The lodge was perfectly situated in a very quiet area of Stone Rush Lakes. Really enjoyed the log burner highly recommend getting small logs to fit it. Very efficient and gave the lodge a very cosy feel. We found the beds to be very comfortable lots of towels and a nice touch of two white dressing gowns to use. Lovely kitchen that had everything we needed. Lounge area very comfortable and an added bonus was a smart TV. Located close to Looe a gorgeous town. A very happy experience just what we needed. Thank you.
We loved our stay here. It was a perfect spot to explore the local area. The lodge was beautiful and we loved and made great use of the hot tub. It was a fantastic, comfortable home away from home. We would definitely love to visit again.
Michelle
The lodge was beautiful, it was clean and well equipped. It was so lovely and quiet and the hot tub was amazing. We didn't want to leave!
It was a disappointment for my Wife and I as no one came to ask us if all was well at any time during our stay. These cabins are no where near luxury No windows to open at night, Roof light had no covering at night. No hot water in the bathroom which you told us would be fixed and it never was, The decking area was dated, the Furniture was filthy and the paint was flaking. . All in all not what we expected for the price we paid. You managed to make our anniversary and my birthday a complete let down. We will never book with you again
Lovely cabin with a hot tub in a rural setting. Had everything we could have asked for in equipment. A restaurant and bar on site as well. Can't fault anything about the property.

One of the best places we have stayed in.

We had a wonderful time with the whole family. Beautiful views from the terrace. A great base for trips to various places. I would only improve the floor near the hot tab.
The property was generally very nice, we only wish the bed was a little softer but that said were used to a much softer bed at home and the hot tub felt quite exposed towards the rear, where some additional privacy glass or a fence as seen on some other properties would have been welcomed. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.
Nice property on a secluded holiday park. There is an onsite bar and restaurant with a limited menu. The pizzas were very good. The property is a good size and well equipped. There is a nice hottub which is well maintained and keeps a good temperature. The road from the B3359 is very narrow with passing places although it is mot too busy. A good location to visit Looe and surrounding areas of Cornwall.

Beautiful cabin finished to a high standard, hot tub was fantastic and a great way to relax after long walks along the coast path. Location was great being very close to the amazing Cornish coastline and coastal path, Fowey & Looe are only about 15 mins drive. As this is a new let feel I could give some helpful feedback. There were no logs left and no option to purchase a log pack for arrival. Ether a few to start or offer a purchase pack for arrival as we came on a Sunday and nothing was open. Self catering should be that, but Id expect in a good self catering and we have stayed in many a spare toilet roll, and some basic cleaning supplies, multi surface cleaner etc certainly dont want to buy that stuff on holiday, but difficult to keep place clean without any products. Finally the master bedroom skylight needs a shade. This was a absolute nightmare to sleep with and its February, come summer, Id be really annoyed, had to improvise with black bag and blue tac!! Only minor points which can be improved upon and a fantastic place to stay.
