Perfect for couples, families or friends, this contemporary lodge pairs serene views with a bubbling private hot tub and easy access to some of South Cornwall’s most loved beaches and attractions.

The open-plan living space is bright and airy, framed by striking floor-to-ceiling windows that draw the outside in. French doors open onto the terrace, where you can sip your morning coffee overlooking the water or sink into the hot tub as the sun sets across the countryside.

With generous proportions and a calm, uncluttered feel, the lodge makes it easy to switch off and settle in. Inside, the well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for relaxed self-catering, whether that’s a hearty breakfast before a coastal walk or a laid-back evening meal around the dining table.

The comfortable sitting area invites you to stretch out on the sofa, enjoy a film night on the TV, or simply plan the next day’s adventure. Two inviting bedrooms provide restful retreats at the end of the day: a welcoming double and a snug twin, ideal for children or additional guests.

A family bathroom and separate shower room add flexibility for busy mornings. Thoughtful touches throughout ensure a comfortable stay in every season.

A short stroll from the lodge brings you to The Old Mill Bar & Restaurant, a firm favourite with guests. Overlooking the lake and warmed by a wood burner in cooler months, it serves everything from wood-fired pizzas to signature cocktails, all delivered with friendly service from the onsite team.

Beyond the park, the coastline beckons. Wander the harbour and narrow streets of Looe, relax on East Looe Beach, explore the charm of Polperro, or discover Talland Bay and Lantic Bay for scenic, dog-friendly walks.

3 Lake View Reviews

Heather
We had a lovely time at 3 Lake View. The lodge was very clean and decorated beautifully. Everything we needed was included. There was even a little welcome box which had washing up liquid, tea towel, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits which was great for that first cup of tea!
I was trying to get in contact to find out about the bedding and some other information but nobody answered the phone number on the website. I understand it is Christmas period but if you are still open for business, I thought it was basic service to be able to contact someone. The property was warm and welcoming. The keylock was easy to find. The hot tub was ready to use which was really nice. But the double mattress was not comfortable at all. It was slanting to the top right part. So I was struggling to sleep on it. On the third day, Emma from the management called to see how everything is. I told her about the mattress but she couldn't do anything. Instead a double duvet was left on the door step for me to try to resolve the problem myself. Because I couldn't sleep well, the overall experience of the holiday was not very satisfactory.

Comfortable homely property , well maintained with lovely view
Lovely lodge and we had a great time during our stay here. The facilities are great. The lodge was clean and tidy and had lovely decor throughout. The hot tub was amazing and kept at perfect temperature all day. We would love to stay again.
Absolutely stunning lodge, much bigger than the photos suggested. Lovely view from the balcony and plenty of wildlife to watch. Hot tub was the perfect temperature and it was used every night! Thanks for a great stay. Also big thank you to Laura and the team who set balloons up for my sons 3rd Birthday, he loved them. The old mill restaurant was amazing too, food was beautiful and amanda was lovely and very attentive with my son!

The lodge was great, photos did not do it justice! ! Our only issue was the bed, it was far too soft and the same with the pillows we do prefer a firmer bed. Otherwise great! The lady at the bar was super friendly too and a good laugh! Hot tub breaks are always great, this lodge in a lovely secluded area and just fab! Thank you
A really relaxing few days. So quiet and peaceful Very friendly staff at reception and I the restaurant We were treated with a bottle of bubbly to celebrate our anniversary. The hot tub was great. Would certainly recommend a stay here Thank you to everyone.
The property was lovely and clean. Very comfy beds and everything we needed was there. Really enjoyed our stay in such a peaceful setting. We loved watching and listening to the wildlife right outside our lodge. The only negative thing was the leather sofa. It was scratched and stained. I think maybe it needs replacing. We really did enjoy our stay though
