2 Channel View is a fabulous four-bedroom three-bathroom townhouse with stunning sea views and in a great location just a short stroll to Porthmeor Beach and the centre of St Ives and the harbour. The town has a plethora of golden sandy beaches, cafe’s restaurants, independent shops and galleries.

Along with the super views and great location, 2 Channel View has parking for two cars, a garden, and is a great destination for your break in St Ives at any time of the year. GROUND FLOOR: Living Room: This room has sea views, comfy sofas, a Smart TV and DVD player, with double doors to the dining area.

Kitchen/Dining Room: A great newly fitted space, perfect for holiday living with and electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and large dining table which comfortably seats up to seven guests. FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom 2: King size bed, bedside units, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Ensuite Shower Room: With shower cubicle, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bedroom 3: King size bed, chest of drawers, bedside units, TV and sea views.

Bedroom 4: Single bed, drawers, hanging space and sea views. Shower Room: Shower cubicle with both rain head and handheld options, basin, heated towel rail and WC SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom 1: With wonderful sea views, king size bed, bedside units, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV, this fabulous newly renovated room is a great space to while away the hours whilst taking in the glorious vista.

En-suite: A large luxurious room with a large shower cubicle, basin, heated towel rail and WC OUTSIDE SPACE & PARKING: Rear Garden with attractive flower beds and terraced areas, plus outdoor furniture. Excellent property, which we are happy to recommend. Great location and has the advantage of private parking in town. The heating system is great, very fast to warm up which is very welcome outside of the summer season.

Lovely house with the most fantastic views. Very close to the best surfing beach and short walk to all the shops. Actually managed to fit 3 cars in the parking area which was an added bonus. Great to have a back garden with a washing line. Dining room chairs slightly too big for the table to fit 7 people comfortably round it. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in the house. The location was perfect for us right by our favourite beach. The car parking was a rare treat for St Ives. The house was immaculately clean, spacious, well equipped and had stunning sea views.

We recently stayed at 2 Channel View for a week holiday, there was 6 adults and a baby. We had an amazing stay, the house had all we required even an outside sitting area which we enjoyed in the morning and evenings. 3 en-suite rooms was great when 3 couples were staying, we found the property clean and well equipped, we would definitely stay again! There is a hill up to the property which is quite steep but not too long so we used this as our work out, great excuse for another Cornish ice cream! Thank you for sharing your property with us, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would stay again. Good foodie tip; Great Greek and pizza place literally just down the hill at the beginning of porthmeor beach, we got takeaway which was thoroughly enjoyed by all, we would recommend a visit there!

Fantastic property! Great location, lovely space, superb views - complimented by the bonus of parking for two large cars just opposite, which is a huge help with children and elderly parents in tow! All facilities in the house were easy to use and understand, beds were comfy - clearly equipped with guests comfort in mind. Weâ??d stay here again, and wouldnâ??t hesitate to recommend! Thank you!
