Upon arriving, you will appreciate the peace and tranquillity that surrounds you, with the property itself offering an open plan studio living/sleeping area consisting of a kitchen, dining area, sitting area and a king-size bed, along with a separate shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden and a private decked area with furniture, so why not pick a sunny spot and relax at any time of the day?

Keen cyclists bring your bikes and walkers your boots as this location lends itself perfectly to both pursuits. Pick up the famous and ever popular Camel Trail at nearby Grogley Halt and enjoy a wonderful walk or ride through some of the most spectacular countryside in the southwest stopping at either Wadebridge or venturing on to Padstow for well-deserved refreshments.

Or for a more strenuous option, tackle the Saint's Way coast to coast route, which passing less than a mile from this well-placed property.
