Great house with all you need for a fabulous holiday. Very clean and great location. Less than 10 minute walk into town and on street parking if you donâ??t mind being a house or two away.

Very easy check in. Great immediate communication. Perfect location. Beautiful on decorated, cosy and homely, very spacious, well resourced. We even tried to book an extra night as we didnâ??t want to leave but not surprisingly, it was already booked. Would highly recommend and definitely would book again. Thank you for a perfect holiday.
Tanya
Lovely location, lovely cottage; we even managed to park right outside.
Jackie
A lovely comfortable cottage a short walk from the harbour. It has everything you need to make your holiday perfect. An open plan living, kitchen space going through to a delightful sun room opening onto the garden. The beds were really comfortable. The place was spotless. Lovely walks direct from the door. Parking was on the street but no problem. We will return.
Iain

Great location and well equipped, beds are very comfortable and a great outdoor space to sit out on good quality garden furniture.
Nicola
Ideal property for couple of families who want to be close to Padstow as itâ??s a 5 minute walk. Lovely home from home property but not a great garden for dogs or young children. Very stoney and lots & lots of plants. Lovely loft room for relaxing watching a film or to take in the views of Padstow beach !
Hannah
We had a wonderful stay in this superb cottage. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. No off street parking but this wasnâ??t a problem at all.
Bronwyn
