We had an absolutely lovely stay at this Lodge! The location is spot on, with stunning views that really make it special. The owners clearly thought of everything - the facilities are top-notchand it was so comfy having the dog with us, especially since they provided blankets for the sofa. The hot tub was just what we needed for relaxationand the wet room in each bedroom was a real bonus. We even brought a long washing line, which was perfect for the dog to have the run of the garden. We'll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic week at Oak Lodge, No 1 Cabana. The layout works really well for groupsand the beds are super comfy with crisp white linen. There were plenty of towels and cleaning products, which was a plus. The lakes nearby are perfect for walksand my husband caught quite a few fish. The drive to the house is single lane, but we rarely saw other cars, so it felt peaceful. The hot tub was a real treat. It’s a great spot to unwind or explore nearby. Definitely coming back!

We all had a wonderful, peaceful, warmand comfortable week together! The six of us, ranging from our 30s to 70s, found everything spotlessly clean and the lodge was really well equipped. It's surrounded by stunning countrysideand the canal path offered several flat and scenic walks. We especially loved the hot tub, it was such a treat.
Claire

Sarah
The lodge was incredibly comfortable and spacious for six adultsand it was always lovely and warm. The large windows let in lots of light, which we really appreciated. The views over the lakes were just stunningand we loved wandering around them, watching the big carp jump out of the water. We even spotted a heron regularly! There were beautiful water liliesand two of our party saw three kingfishers, which was a real treat! After the first mile on the narrow lanes, access to Tiverton, Exeterand beyond was just fine.
Mike
This place is absolutely outstanding and the location is just fantastic. We would definitely recommend it!
