Little Merryfield Reviews

James
We really enjoyed our stay at Little Merryfield. The place had everything we needed and was super cosy, especially when relaxing by the fire. The wood-fired hot tub was a real treat - so warm and inviting. The garden was fully enclosed, which was perfect for our dog to run around freely. During summer, it's definitely a lovely spot to sit outside and soak up the sun. The location is great for exploring North Devon, being about 20-40 minutes from most coastal spots. We'd happily come back again!

Lovely atmosphere, friendly hosts, truly relaxing stay.

Little Merryfield truly feels like a good place. The cosy cottage is set in a tiny, charming village, perfect for escaping the hustle. Naomi was lovely, welcoming us with local milk, fresh fruitand some pretty flowers - a nice touch! The log burner was a lifesaver during the gloomy weatherand she'd already turned up the heating, so upstairs was cosy. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, even treats and toys for our dog. It's a peaceful spot I'd definitely recommend for anyone wanting a quiet retreat!

Honestly, we had a lovely stay. The cottage is beautifully maintainedand Naomi and Stephen really go above and beyond. The peaceful setting is perfect for unwinding, plus there are some cute touches for our dog. We're already talking about coming back soon. Big thanks to them for making everything so special!

What a lovely place! The vibe is super relaxingand Naomi's Mexican meal was genuinely delicious - it made our anniversary really memorable. Stephen and Naomi went out of their way to help with the hot tub, which was a nice touch. Plenty of gorgeous spots nearby to explore. We're already planning our next visit! Definitely recommend.

Little Merryfield truly feels special; it's perfect for unwinding and feeling refreshed. The decor is charmingand the range of equipment plus the twinkly night lights create a cosy vibe, especially with the hot tub. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the well-prepared welcome booklet, which had some lovely personal tips. Despite the lousy weather during the bank holiday, we still managed to relax and enjoy ourselves. Honestly, we didn't want to leave! It's a little gem.
Sam
Beautiful spot, lovely hosts, everything we needed, would definitely stay again!
