We had a fantastic family break at Priestacott Tithe Barn during half term. The place really suits all ages, from the kids to the grandparents. The bedrooms are spaciousand the kitchen is well-stocked, which made cooking a breeze. We loved chilling in the hot tub and playing pool in the evenings. The surrounding area is just beautiful, with plenty of lovely walks nearby. Ruth was super helpful from start to finish. Overall, a brilliant stay - we’d definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely barn conversion. Plenty of space for our family of nineand the owners really thought of everything - hairdryers in bedrooms, shower geland hand wash in every sink. Parking was ampleand the views peaceful and stunning. Loved it!

We had such a lovely stay! The house really exceeded our expectations-huge living spaces and comfy bedrooms made it feel like a home away from home. Everything was spotless and well thought out, which we really appreciated. The peaceful location was perfect for relaxingand the hot tub was definitely a highlight. The only thing to keep in mind is that the barn can be a bit noisy, so if you're bringing little ones who need quiet sleep, it might be a bit tricky. Still, we had a great time overall!
James
Thanks so much, Ruth and Nick! The place was stunningand the pool table really helped us relax away from the kids!
Emma
We honestly loved this place! The rooms are really spacious, each with their own bathroom, which was a big plus. We stayed as two families with teenagers and older kidsand everyone found their own space but still enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub, playing pool, or relaxing in the garden. The owners were super friendly and helpful, even offering us a barn for our bikes. Location-wise, it’s perfect for cycling, walkingand hitting the beaches. Definitely a place we’d come back to!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely barn on a working farm. Ruth and Nick are such friendly, welcoming hosts. The house was perfect for our big family group-lots of space and cozy spots to gather. The dining area is gorgeous, with a big table that could easily seat more if needed. The Rangemaster cooker and huge fridge freezer were real treats. Booking online grocery delivery was simple. We’re already planning our return, can’t wait to come back! It’s a real gem.
James
Beautiful spot, quite a trek up the lane, but thankfully no one else around, which was great.
Emma
We had an amazing stay! The place was stunning, beautifully decorated and really well maintained, with breathtaking views. Perfect for big groups of friends or family. Having en-suites in every room was such a treat. The access road is a bit narrow, but once we found it, no issues. The wood-fired hot tub was fun, though tricky when the wind blew. Using an external caterer on our first night was a lifesaver. Hosts were lovely, definitely recommend!
