As you approach the property, you will find a convenient off-road parking space available, where you can unload your bags and step into the charming cottage. Be welcomed into the homely kitchen/diner, where you can look forward to rustling up delicious evening meals for your guests, ready to enjoy around the dining table in front of the warming wood-burning stove.
Cosy up in the sitting room after a long day with its slate floors with underfloor heating and watch your favourite film on the DVD player or relax with some music played via the iPod dock. Completing the lower-ground-floor is the bathroom, where you can pour in the bubbles and enjoy a hot soak after a day of exploring.
When sleep calls, guests can travel up the stairs and choose from a selection of three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, each decorated in soothing colours and nautical décor to reflect the properties seaside location. Guests will also benefit from the shower room on this floor where they can freshen up before venturing out for the day.
From the kitchen at Rose Cottage there is a door leading to a pretty and fully enclosed cottage garden, with steps up to a large decked area with sea views, perfect for an alfresco meal on a sunny evening. Setting out for the day, it's only five minutes' walk to the picturesque harbour, where you can sit and relax in a café or bar, watching the boats and the fishermen at work on the quay, or take a fishing trip or small pleasure boat to explore the bay during spring and summer months.
