This two-house coastal property sits above Perranuthnoe, a shoreside village on West Cornwall's coast with a sandy beach and views across to St. Michael's Mount.
With a main house and separate annex, the layout gives large families and groups of friends their own space while sharing a roof terrace, gardens, and games room. Marazion, an ancient market town, is 2 miles away, where a vast sandy beach stretches toward the tidal island of St.
Michael's Mount – reached by stone causeway at low tide or by National Trust boat. A park and ride at St.
Erth connects to St. Ives via a scenic branch line train, and the flat promenade section of the South West Coast Path runs from Marazion to Penzance, under 3 miles, with sculptures along the way.
Penzance offers the art-deco Jubilee Pool. The Minack Theatre sits above Porthcurno Beach, and Porthleven's fishing harbour lies further along the coast.
The open-plan ground floor of the main house flows from a large living space into a dining area seating 12, then through to a well-equipped kitchen with a central breakfast bar. Bi-folding doors frame sea and countryside views, and a wood burner with bench seating on either side anchors the living area, which also has a Smart TV and Sonos speaker.
Dutch doors lead through to a breakfast table with upholstered bench seating. A separate utility room sits off the kitchen, and an additional WC is on the ground floor.
Also on the ground floor, the first bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, and WC. A flight of stairs from this bedroom leads to a children's room with five single beds – head height is limited and the room is designed for children only, though an external door also provides access from outside.
