This waterfront property sits directly on the shore of Coverack, a traditional fishing village with a working harbour on Cornwall's Lizard Peninsula. With direct beach access, it suits families and groups of friends looking for a coastal break centred on walking, wildlife, and quiet coves.
The Lizard Peninsula is often overlooked by visitors to Cornwall, and its rugged natural beauty is preserved as a result; coast paths stay quiet even at the height of the season. The South West Coast Path runs past the property, with miles of clifftop trails where Cornish choughs, grey seals, and wildflowers line the route.
Kennack Sands lies 5 miles along the coast path. Kynance Cove, one of Cornwall's most visually striking beaches, is also on the peninsula, as is Lizard Point, Britain's most southerly point.
Back in Coverack, a windsurfing centre and Porthbeer Cove add variety. The ground floor living room has sea views, a wood burner, Smart TV, and Sonos speakers, with patio doors leading out to the garden terrace.
Wood parquet flooring runs through the ground floor, adding to the period character. A conservatory with reclaimed marble flooring and further sea views connects through to the kitchen and dining space, where a large round table seats eight beside French doors looking across the water.
A separate WC completes the ground floor. An oak staircase leads to the first floor.
The master bedroom has a super-king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and French doors opening onto a private balcony with ocean views. Its en-suite bathroom includes a freestanding bath and walk-in rainfall shower.
Next door, the second bedroom offers a king-size bed and its own private balcony with ocean views through French doors, with an en-suite shower room containing a walk-in rainfall shower. The third bedroom, also on this floor, has a super-king-size bed and sea views, with an en-suite shower room with walk-in rainfall shower.
