About Bluebell Lodge

Sleeping up to six guests, the lodge is ideal for families, friends and multi-generational breaks. Bideford, 5 miles away, offers a historic quayside, independent shops, cafés and the popular Pannier Market, while the nearby Tarka Trail provides scenic walking and cycling routes through the North Devon countryside.

The coastline is home to popular beaches including Croyde, Westward Ho! and Woolacombe, all renowned for their coastal scenery, surfing and traditional beach days.

Combining spacious accommodation with a tranquil woodland setting, Bluebell Lodge provides a relaxing base from which to explore North Devon's countryside, coastline and attractions. A spacious lounge creates a welcoming place to relax, with sliding doors opening onto the veranda and allowing natural light to flood the room.

The large kitchen/diner offers plenty of space for shared meals and socialising, while a Smart TV and Wi-Fi provide entertainment throughout your stay. The thoughtfully arranged layout gives everyone room to come together whilst still enjoying their own space.

The principal bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite shower room, while a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom provide comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. The family bathroom includes a bath with a shower over, and bed linen, duvets and towels are provided, with beds made up ready for arrival.

Centrally heated and double glazed throughout, the lodge offers year-round comfort, and up to two pets are welcome. The enclosed veranda enjoys elevated views across the lakes and surrounding woodland, creating a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park  is a big hit with families and has a wonderful setting within 26 acres of Sub Tropical grounds. During a stroll around the site you will encounter so of the worlds most endangered animals and also take a peek back to prehistoric times when Dinosaurs roamed the earth. The park is home to the worlds only full size animatronic Tyrannosaurus Rex as well as Lions, Wolves, Sea Lions, Meerkats and many other species, Top attractions include the amazing Sea Lion Shows, Falconry Display and Sea Lion Swims.
