To get to Chi Gwynn, if driving from the north, take the M5 motorway towards Exeter, then continue onto the A30 past Okehampton. Turn onto the A386 and follow signs to Bude. Alternatively, if travelling by rail, the nearest train station is Exeter St David's, from where you can hire a car or take a bus to Bude.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was stunning, with lovely details that made it feel special. The enclosed garden was perfect for sunbathing and safe for the dog, which was great. The village location is ideal to explore Bude's gorgeous beaches and surroundings. We had a fantastic week and would definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay at this modern house. Plenty of room for our group of seven and the dogs, which was great. The place was spotless and surprisingly warm for Easter. The thoughtful gift packs for us and the pups were a lovely touch. It's in a peaceful spot but close enough to several beautiful beaches and places to explore. Beth, the host, was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

We loved this place! The location is spot on, just a 20-minute walk into Bude along a lovely footpath, with plenty of cafes and pubs to choose from. We lucked out with the weather, so spent ages on Summerleaze beach and enjoyed the sea pool. Loads to explore nearby. Definitely planning to come back soon - it's a gem!

We just got back and honestly, we couldn't find a single fault with the place. The house was stunning, beautifully decorated without being over the topand there was loads of space for our group of seven plus a toddler. She loved all the room inside and out. There were some lovely little touches that made it feel extra special. We all agreed it's one of the nicest places we've stayed. We'd definitely book again if we come back, no doubt about it!
