This modern villa, located in Westward Ho!, is a great choice for a large family or group of friends plus two dogs wanting coastal walks, outdoor activities, and easy access to sandy beaches. The first-floor open-plan design means there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Two large sofas in the lounge invite you to relax and chat about your day while floor-to-ceiling balcony doors drench the place in natural, uplifting light. When it comes to mealtimes, the contemporary kitchen is a fantastic space and you can create delicious meals while admiring the sea views from the window. There’s also a lovely table seating six people that invites sociability. As the day draws to an end, head downstairs to the ground floor where the three bedrooms are located.

Choose between two king-size beds and a twin bed. All the bedrooms are beautifully presented with the king-size rooms boasting en-suite bathrooms and access to the garden.

Outside there is plenty more to enjoy. After a day on the beach, unwind in the hot tub, or throw some fresh fish on the BBQ and dine in style on the patio.

Westward Ho! Beach is 1 mile from the property and is a good place to relax, swim in the sea or try your hand at kitesurfing.

There’s also a tidal lido here while golf lovers can practise their swing at the 18-course located behind the beach. The golf course is located within Northam Burrows Country Park, a Site of Special Scientific Interest.

It’s a lovely place for a walk with its pebble ridge, salt marshes, and abundance of wildlife. The picturesque village of Instow is within a 10 minute drive.

North Devon Farm Park - EX32 7ET

North Devon Farm Park is a haven for wildlife and has a fantastic location making it the perfect place for a day out during the summertime. As well as gorgeous scenery, picnic areas and plenty of space for children to play the park offers a Play Area, Tea Room serving local produce, a Petting Zoo where little ones will love meeting the affectionate animals and Nature tTails. There is also a Play Area.
Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park - EX34 0NG

Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park  is a big hit with families and has a wonderful setting within 26 acres of Sub Tropical grounds. During a stroll around the site you will encounter so of the worlds most endangered animals and also take a peek back to prehistoric times when Dinosaurs roamed the earth. The park is home to the worlds only full size animatronic Tyrannosaurus Rex as well as Lions, Wolves, Sea Lions, Meerkats and many other species, Top attractions include the amazing Sea Lion Shows, Falconry Display and Sea Lion Swims.
Exmoor Zoo - EX31 4SG

Exmoor Zoo is described as a "family zoo" on their website and it certainly makes a great day out for families.  There are many exotic and rare animals as well as birds to see which are living in natural surroundings.  Some recent improvements at the zoo include a new 5 metre tower at the cheetahs and raised walkways at the "beast".  There is also a new viewing platform over the sitatunga.  As well as the amazing animals to experience there are regular fun activities such as face painting, daily events and zoo trails.
Dingles Steam Village - EX14 0RS

Dingles Steam Village is an all weather attraction crammed with activities for the whole family to enjoy. The site has a wonderful Café serving home cooked meals, a fun Soft Play Area for younger children, an Agility Course for older kids and several Nature Trails for the family to explore together. The site also displays working and static exhibits of Steam Engines as well as old Fairground Rides so is educational as well as fun!
