A floating glass-balustrade staircase leads to the first floor where three sumptuous king-size bedrooms, all with en-suites, are located.
Two have balconies, while the third benefits from a floor-to-ceiling glass wall. There’s also a family bathroom along with two bunk bedrooms, one with one set of bunks and the other with two.
Outside, the main terrace boasts an outdoor dining table plus a hot tub with a view. There’s also private parking for three cars and storage space for surfboards or other equipment.
It''s just 200 metres to lovely Combesgate Beach, where you can swim, picnic and potter in rockpools. The sweeping sands of Woolacombe Beach are within 0.5 miles, offering swimming, surfing, paddleboarding and kayaking opportunities.
Beautiful walks abound along the South West Coast Path, including National Trust’s Morte Point, home to seals and seabirds. The picturesque harbour town of Ilfracombe (6 miles) offers boutiques and galleries, Damian Hurst’s Verity statue and the fabulous Tunnels Beaches, accessed through cliffs.
