About Crosslands Cottage

Soak in the hot tub or bask beside the wood burner as you gaze out across the beautiful Cornish countryside. This gorgeous, three-bedroom holiday has been designed to maximise its exceptional position in the hamlet of Shop, close to Bude.

With a sumptuous interior, it sleeps six guests, making it a fabulous choice for families or groups of friends seeking a touch of luxury. When you enter, you'll find a stylishly finished, colourful lounge/kitchen/diner that encompasses everything you will need during your stay.

Prepare meals and snacks to enjoy at the breakfast bar or make fresh coffee in the machine to sip on the sofa in front of the Smart TV. Sit down to your feast at the table in the magnificent lounge/diner.

Here you can light the wood burner or pull back the bi-folding doors, depending on the weather, and gather for movie nights in front of a second Smart TV. A family bathroom is also downstairs.

Head up to the first floor to the lovely bedrooms. The king-size bedroom, which has a TV, features a spectacular, gable end window overlooking the countryside.

Also here, is a double bedroom adjoining a twin, and the family bathroom, with its chic, free-standing bath. Outside, the enclosed garden is a great spot to fire up the BBQ or lounge in the hot tub.

You can dine on the patio on fine, summer evenings. There is private, off-road parking for three cars.

Head out to the coast at Hawker's Hut, 2 miles away, which was the refuge of poet Reverend Robert Hawker. Catch sight of Lundy on a clear day as you stride out along the South West Coast Path.

Spend time on Summerleaze Beach, in Bude, where you can dip in the sea or tidal pool.
