About Delphinius

Set in the rolling countryside that meets the dramatic North Cornwall coast, this fabulous cottage offers a fantastic base for large groups of friends and family planning Cornish adventures together. Just 2.4 miles away, Crackington Haven offers a surfer’s paradise with a pretty cove perfect for rock pooling and splashing in turquoise waters.

Along the coast path, Widemouth Bay (6.5 miles) provides similar appeal for surfers and sunbathers alike. During the summer holidays, younger visitors will love Monster Slip and Slide (6 miles) on the fringes of Bude (9 miles), while those seeking a slower pace will enjoy the Davidstow Airfield at the Cornwall at War Museum (7.5 miles), just outside the village of Camelford (10 miles).

The rugged landscape of Bodmin Moor (10 miles) provides superb walking and cycling opportunities, with nature trails and footpaths winding through the region’s patchwork fields. Before stepping into this impressive Cornish property, take a moment to appreciate its brick-built exterior that combines with modern fixtures and large windows that flood the interior with light.

Head inside and find that the rural charm continues in the form of exposed wooden beams and sturdy oak furniture. At the ground-floor level, you’re greeted by the first of three generous bedrooms that allow for flexible sleeping options, a restful family room with a king-size bed and an additional single, served by an en-suite shower room.

Up on the first floor awaits the property’s social heart, a light and airy open-plan living space combining a vibrant kitchen with a farmhouse-style dining space and welcoming lounge. Unwind in the lounge area after days of walking; sink into the soft seating and catch your favourite series on the Smart TV.

When stomachs rumble, find all you need in the kitchen to cook up Cornish feasts, to be enjoyed at the wooden dining table or alfresco-style out in the garden. Completing this floor is the second bedroom: another flexible room with a king-size bed that converts to twins on request, served by a family bathroom.
