Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with nearby Braunton Burrows being home to the largest sand dune system in England and is a UNESCO-designated biosphere reserve, perfect for family walks!

This stylish and well-designed home is approached via a 5 bar gate leading to a private gravel driveway. As you enter the property a boot room and access to the garage games room is on your left and on your right is the fantastic large lounge/kitchen/diner with breakfast bar and direct access through floor to ceiling doors in the lounge area open up onto the garden and patio with levelled lawned enclosed garden, ideal for children to run and play.
